Another DT homage, but this time a response of sorts to his famous poem, 'Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night'. Instead of the dying man being encouraged to 'Rage' against his death, this sees it as a comforting welcome ("To be embraced"). Locked away from the world ("Hear the key click"), he is lured to accept his fate ("Let the rage go"). Ultimately, this is his defeat ("Soft surrender") and leads to his solitude ("In the black Sea"). So, really only an endorsement of Thomas' original, and a warning to all to keep burning bright right to the end, or denigrate a life lived ("Shame on you").
